New Features

  • NEW! The Invoice By Student Report has been added.
    • Customers will be able to perform the following functions for the report:
      • Select a Student from a list of students with Applied Fees.
      • Select the Fees to add to the invoice.
      • Select a Due Date or select the Date Assigned to the selected fee.
      • Enter the Terms. (The field will prepopulate to Net 30 but can be edited.)
      • Enter relevant Comments.
      • Select Print or Email.
        • Selecting Email will prompt the customer with Print if No Email Address exists message.
        • Selecting Print will allow the invoice to be previewed before printing.
      • An Invoice Number will be generated automatically.

      • Select a Fee from a list of fees that have been applied to students.
      • Select the Students to receive invoices.
      • Select a Due Date or use the Date that is already assigned to the fee.
      • Enter the Terms. (This field will prepopulate to Net 30 but can be edited.)
      • Add a logo from Manage District Sites. Optional.
      • Enter relevant Comments.
      • Select Print or Email:
        • Selecting Email will prompt the user with Print if No Email address exists message.
        • Selecting Print will allow the invoice to be previewed before printing.
      • An Invoice Number will be generated automatically.

  • Applied Fees that have been paid in full by a student will now result in the following:
    • The fees will be posted to ProgressBook.
    • Customers will receive confirmation that the payment has been posted successfully.
    • The transaction will be logged.
    • Customers will have the option of not posting it back to ProgressBook.

School Fees

Apply Fees

  • Admins will be able to apply a Perpetual Fee for any non-zero dollar fees.
    • The Perpetual Fees will not allow Partial Payments.

  • The error causing unnecessary column heads to be displayed has been corrected.

  • The error causing K12PaymentCenter to only show a student's first fee despite having multiple fees in ProgressBook has been corrected.
